We're running Brazilian street food specials throughout Carnaval. They're great for sharing with the table.
Mini Short Rib Flautas
Tender short rib braised with spices and peppers rolled in a flaky tortilla, sliced and served with sweet mango mojito salsa and roasted garlic pasilla aioli.
Crispy veggie fritters with a fluffy center made with roasted red peppers, spinach, onion, and manchego cheese. Served with a tangy lime dipping sauce.
Inspired by a Brazillian street food name Bolinhos de Arroz. They're traditionally made with rice, onion, and cheese. We jazzed up our interpretation.
Queso Blanco Empanada
A trio of flaky turnovers stuffed with queso blanco cheese, baked and topped with pico de gallo and our red chili aioli.
Chorizo Stuffed Corn Fritters
Warm hominy corn fritters topped with crumbled chorizo & black beans with a pineapple-balsamic drizzle.
Inspired by a Brazillian street food named Acarajae (a-car-ah-jay). It's a corn fritter that's cracked open and stuffed like a sandwich.
Chile Spiked Chocolate Brigaderos
Chocolate fudge truffles spiked with spicy red chile and rolled in powdered sugar. Served over a fresh berry coulis with vanilla sugared berries.
