Veggie U is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving children's eating habits, one classroom at a time.
The chef's, educators, and farmers who inspired the creation of Veggie U recognized that most children today have little to no association between what is on their plates and how that impacts their health. The Earth to Table science curriculum helps make that vital connection by introducing children to sustainable agricultural practices with a seed-to-harvest experience in an engaging, hands-on way. It makes learning fun for the kids while it's easy for teachers to implement.
Veggie U has places over 1800 Earth to Table classroom kits across 26 states and our goal is to reach every fourth grade classroom nationwide.
